HF ERW tube mill
HF ERW tube machine is mainly used for continuous production of straight seam welded tubes, like round tubes, square tubes and rectangular tubes.
HF ERW tube mill can produce different type of tubes, including intelligent flexible forming tube mill, high-frequency tube mill, stainless steel tube mill, complex cold-formed special-sharped steel pipe line and various types of welded pipe molds-rolls, special-shaped rolls.
- HF ERW tube mill
HF RRW tube machine is mainly used for continuous production of straight seam welded pipe, using high frequency induction or contact welding, not only can produce round tubes, but also can produce not more than the processing range of round tubes, square tubes and special-shaped tubes.
- Working principle
Steel tube of high frequency welding HF welding is using the skin effect of alternating current (AC) and adjacent effect, steel strip after rolling forming, the information of a cross section of broken circular tube billet, in the middle of tube billet inside near the induction coil rotating around one or a set of impedance, Impedance and tube billet was reluctant to form an electromagnetic induction loop, under the action of skin effect and the adjacent effect. A strong and concentrated thermal effect is produced at the edge of the opening of tube billet, which makes the edge of weld rapidly heated of the temp erature required of welding. After extrusion by the press roller, the metal in the molten state realizes indirect crystallization and forms a firm butt weld after cooling.
