- Pipe internal coating
The internal pipe is divided into 2 kinds of anticorrosion: one is hot melt epoxy powder anticorrosion (High temperature fusion), other one is liquid epoxy coating, commonly used liquid epoxy IPN8710 (Cold spraying at room temperature). These 2 kinds of internal anticorrosion form process and performance are different, specifically shown in:

- Technological process
Pipe feeding → Pre heating → External shot blasting → Rust removal quality inspection → Intermediate frequency heating → Epoxy powder spraying → AD extrusion and coating → PE extrusion and coating → Water cooling → Coating detection → Appearance detection → Pipe end grinding → Internal shot blasting or sand blasting → Rust removal and cleaning → Epoxy power or Liquid spraying
