2. With hydraulic roller bending device and middle roller transverse device, can quickly adjust the crown of roller, change the contact pressure distribution between rollers, eliminate the harmful contact area between rollers, achieve the purpose of controlling the shape and crown of plate.
3. The finished plate shape is smooth, stable and controllable, which can effectively improve the phenomenon of strip edge thinning and edge cracking. Can be configured with a smaller work roll diameter, increase the pass pressure down and the total pressure down, the work roll can use the flat roll type to reduce the spare parts and consumption of the roll.。
4. AGC 6hi rolling mill has high control precision, especially suitable for high precision wide band and thin strip rolling.
