Weld processing:

Dimension control and inspection:
The welded and processed steel pipes are measured and adjusted by the dimension control device to ensure that their diameter, thickness and roundness meet the standards. Finally, the welds are inspected by non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic testing) to ensure the welding quality.
Cut-to-length and finished product processing:
The steel pipes that have completed the inspection are cut to length according to customer requirements, and then made into finished steel pipes through anti-corrosion treatment, packaging and other processes.
