Working principle of spiral welded pipe machine
Spiral welded pipe machine is a special equipment for producing spiral welded pipes. Its working principle mainly includes the following steps:

Raw material preparation:

Place the steel strip coil on the unwinder, straighten the steel strip through the leveler, and remove the bends and waves of the steel strip.
Forming:

The straightened steel strip passes through the guide device of the forming machine and is rolled into a spiral shape according to the set spiral angle. The forming machine consists of multiple forming rollers, which roll the steel strip into a tube through continuous step-by-step bending.
Welding:

Weld processing:

The welded steel pipe is cooled by a cooling device, and then the excess part of the weld is removed by a weld processing device (such as an internal and external weld remover) to ensure the flatness and smoothness of the weld.
Dimension control and inspection:

The welded and processed steel pipes are measured and adjusted by the dimension control device to ensure that their diameter, thickness and roundness meet the standards. Finally, the welds are inspected by non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic testing) to ensure the welding quality.
Cut-to-length and finished product processing:

The steel pipes that have completed the inspection are cut to length according to customer requirements, and then made into finished steel pipes through anti-corrosion treatment, packaging and other processes.
