1. Machine introduce

Continues type spiral pipe machine is use to open and level the steel coil through the machine, and then feed it into forming machine at some angles, using the principle of three-roll round machine, supplemented by some angels, the continuous round pipe is formed. And the continuous spiral weld is welded by submerged arc welding machine. When the steel coil is uncoiling, leveling and cutting butt welding, the spiral pipe welded machine not stops. When steel coil’s butt is welding, the spiral pipe welded mill is also production. The submerged arc welded pipe machine adopts the continuous production model, which has the advantage of large production even more investment. The products meet the standard of API-5L.

2. The spiral welded pipe mill is divided as below according to different purposes of products

1. API standard model, international standard model. API standard pipes are mainly used for oil and gas (Long distance) transmission pipes, the material and quality of steel pipe is very high, the pipe machine and inspection machine are also with high requirements;

2. National standard model, be mainly used for short distance natural gas transportation and water pipes, urban pipe network construction;

3. Structural pipe, column pipe, etc. The material and quality requirements for steel are also high, second only to API standards.
